Fresh Fruit Tart
Handmade sugar cookie crust lightly painted with Shokinag white chocolate, filled with bavarian cream and finished with seasonally available fruit. Our fruit is fresh, not tinned. Every berry is hand sorted to ensure superior flavor and appearance.

Sweet and sour custard slowly baked with fresh raspberry puree swirls.

Grapefruit Tart
Handmade sugar cookie crust lightly painted with Shokinag white chocolate, filled with bavarian cream and finished with grapefruit sections.

Lemon Curd Tart
Fresh lemon juice, sugar, Plugra butter and fresh Colorado eggs gently cooked over a water bath then slowly baked in our house made sugar cookie tart shell.

Blood Orange Tart (available seasonally)
Fresh squeezed blood orange juice, eggs, sugar and butter baked gently in our handmade shell then decorated with fresh blood orange segments and sicilian pistachios.
